A dental extraction is the removal of a tooth from the mouth.

Extractions are performed for a wide variety of reasons, including:

Tooth decay that has destroyed enough tooth structure to render the tooth non-restorable
Extractions of impacted or problematic wisdom teeth
Extraction of extra teeth that block other teeth from coming in
Extractions of some permanent teeth to make space for orthodontic treatment

Wisdom Teeth Extractions

Wisdom teeth are third molars that usually appear between the ages of 16 and 25 at the back of the mouth.
Wisdom teeth can grow unnoticed until they start to cause issues in the mouth.
They are commonly extracted when they affect other teeth – this is known as “impacted wisdom teeth”.
Wisdom teeth are extracted either because they have already become impacted or because they are potentially problematic.
The extraction of wisdom teeth can be a troublesome procedure.

I called the office because I had a toothache and wanted to see if I could be seen that same day. I was in shock to see that they did have me come in and was seen right away. It was the first time I had gone to the dentist in 5 years and I booked the appointment cuz I saw they had a $29 first patient visit special. They were very nice and professional. I ended up needing to get a deep cleaning that is $155 but they did it for $140 and I agreed to it and paid with my HSA. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the dental hygienist was very kind and I had gotten dizzy from having my head down for the cleaning and she actually helped me breathe so that I wouldn't feel dizzy anymore. I have went to many dentists in my lifetime, this place is by far the best facility i have ever been to. Super clean, the girls working the front desk are helpful, friendly and very pleasant. I had Dr. Marina Nudel work on my mouth. Prior to seeing her i was at a dentist that told me i needed about $14,000 worth of dental work and gave me a doomsday scenario if I dont fix my teeth asap. Fortunately i found this place and when I had Marina look at my teeth she made me feel very relaxed and assured me that i dont have any serious issues to worry about. She is a true professional. She wasn't trying to scare me to take my money but rather she looked at my real issues and found the best solution for me. I had an implant put in and a bunch of other minor stuff. All in all i spent less than 5k and feel great. All my teeth are in place. Marina made me feel like i have a family member in the d business. I highly recommend this place.

I was in pain over the weekend and was online looking for a good dentist. I found complete dental and called them up. The lady I spoke with was so pleasant and understanding. She was willing to help and get me the care I needed even though I had a limited amount of time to be seen due to work. I got in during my lunch break which is 12 noon to 1 pm, they are not closed at this time which is great for me. The Dentist was also a lovely lady that doesn't rush your process and is more about the care she provides rather than money she collects. My insurance also did not start until the 1st of June and I assumed it already started , the Dentist saw me anyways and provided my options to pay for what I needed to have done and took care of the pain without a charge. I really appreciate the entire staff and has now found my new dentist.

I was a walk in , but the wait wasn't long at all which was great because my tooth was causing a lot of pain . At another dentist office , they were going to charge me $450.00 for ONE wisdom tooth , but Center for Complete Dentistry only charged $250 and I only payed $150 after purchasing their insurance . Me beeing the baby i am and terrified of needles during one procedure they had another person sit in and hold my hand. HAHA, that meant alot for me, idk if that shoes far for anybody else. Always pleasant whenn you walk in, the rooms views are pretty relaxing as well looking out the windows. Their remodel of the waiting room makes it feel just more welcoming with the colors of blue they have, very nicely done.

Unbelievable experience. I had excruciating tooth pain that turned out to be a cavity in my wisdom tooth. I called the office and was seen in 30 minutes got x-rays and had said tooth extracted same day! Everyone from receptionist to doctors were professional, friendly and understanding. I loved my doctor and his assistant my doctors initials are HS I can't remember how to spell his name but I got my 4 wisdom teeth taken out in 45 minutes to an hour. He was so nice and gentle he also called me a day after my surgery making sure I wa okay. I definitely recommend people to go !

Great hygenist, gentle touch, no pain ( which I'm always afraid of when people start cleaning the tartar off). Will go back to get one filling done. They also have a periodontist that goes in once a month, in case you need one. All convenient for clients. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Doctor Marina Nudel is amazing. First time I actually had a great dental experience. I came to her with a pretty hard situation with my tooth. I don’t know how she does it but this is the first time I was given a shot that I didn’t feel. I actually had pain in my tooth because it broke in half down to the root, but I did not feel a thing when she gave me a shot, I was shocked. Usually it’s very painful and the reason I am always scared to go to the dentist but now I know where to go. All he staff is really nice and sweet just like Dr. Nudel. She talks you through what she is doing and just provides a very comforting, comfortable environment. If you are scared of the dentists and have been putting it off I highly recommend coming to this doctor, she is the best!

The dentist who saw me provided 3 options regarding how to fix my front tooth as well as gave me her recommendation, but ultimately let me decide which procedure would best suit me. I went with her recommendation. The crown looks very natural and matched all of my existing teeth in shape and color. The staff took time to ensure proper fit and comfort. Dr Nudel, Martiza and their staff gave me such a friendly and comfortable dental experience. I chipped my molar and thought I would lose my tooth and have a painful experience. It was the opposite. I got a crown, no RC and i felt Dr Nudel really cares about her patients. She said i did not need a root canal and explained a lot about my broken tooth and fractures. She took as much time with me and i never felt rushed out or pressured to make decisions. I will not go to anyone else and highly recommend.

Not too fond of going to the dentist due to sensitive teeth issues and being blessed with a small mouth that is always hard to work with. I went to another dentist with a minor problem with a chipped tooth. By the time I left, I had 2 new crowns, had paid over $4,000. The to make it worse, one of the new crowns became loose, the dentist said the post was broken and now I needed an implant, $3,750, and would not touch the tooth unless I agreed. I decided I had to go to another dentist. I went to Dr. Nudel. She looked at the tooth. Said she could fix it no problem. She pulled out the tooth, post and all, re-cemented it. everything is perfect and it only cost $355. And, she did not over sell a whole bunch of other procedures. She is a great dentist and someone you can trust to preform only procedures that are necessary!

I really like this dentist , Dr. Marena Nudel! I also liked Marissa, the X-ray tech and very much Diana, the hygienist!! The other employees, at front desk were equally as nice! All ladies were so nice , professional , patient and as gentle as the profession of dentistry can be !!!! They did not push the need for this , this and this to be done. I was treated like a patient and not a dollar sign, with insurance! I will definitely return in 6 months , as I had no cavities !

I had some work done on a tooth over a year ago here. Due to some strange circumstance now a year later I noticed a small issue with the tooth and realized it needs to be serviced. I was thinking that becuase it had been a year since the work was done, I would need to pay for additional services or new services regarding my tooth. I stayed away from dentists for years until I heard a commercial on WIOD about Centers for Complete Dentistry and how state of the art the centers are and their great customer service. Well I knew I needed dental work and made an appointment at the Hallandale Beach location...since they take insirance. The staff was welcoming however Dentist Lopez was my angel.
